Cancellation Policy
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
Late Arrivals & Same-Day Reschedules
A 5-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment will need to be rescheduled depending on availability.
If you arrive late and I’m still able to take you later that same day, your original deposit will still apply.
If you’re more than 5 minutes late and I cannot accommodate you that day, your deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook.
